At Rublo our goal is to send out all of our orders as quickly as possible. Usually, an order is being handled as early as 15 minutes after the order has been placed. Therefore, we may not be able to adjust your Rublo order. If you wish to adjust your order, please send us an email, with the following information: 1. Order number or the email address that you used when you placed your order. 2. What you wish to change in your order. We will try our very best to update your order accordingly.
There may be customs or duty fees when receiving your order. This is not in the control of Rublo and this fee will be dependent on your country.

Your return will be processed within a maximum of 16 business days. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email from the Rublo Team confirming the completion of return processing
Depending on your location, shipment will take between 2-10 Business Days once your order has been processed. Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered Business Days. You will also receive an email with a tracking link

The specific charity to which the Rublo profits will be donated has not yet been announced. However, it's confirmed that 100% of the profits from "Play for the kids" collection will be used to benefit children. More details about the charity will be revealed in 2024, so stay tuned for updates.
